Heritage Health Care Center is a 220 bed not-for-profit facility located centrally in Historic Utica, NY. Since our establishment in 1867 Heritage has continued to meet the ever changing healthcare needs of the Utica and surrounding communities. The vision of Heritage helps our professional staff to respond and adapt to the ever-changing individual and community health related needs.
