Loretto Utica is a non-profit elder centered community that allows its residents to "age in place".  We serve more than 300 elders from the Mohawk Valley, especially our local community.  Our motto is "a Community of Caring, A continuum of Care".  What this means is that we offer services and supportive housing, no matter what level of care is needed.  Our housing programs include short and long term sub-acute skilled nursing, Independent senior housing & assisted living/Enriched Housing.  We also offer a medical model adult day health care program, which is a day program designed to help out the elders of our community who need nursing services (i.e. med management, wound care, diabetes management, physical and occupational therapy, case management, etc), but do not qualify for skilled nursing or assisted living.  For more information on any of these services please contact Greg Jones, Director of Admissions & Marketing at (315) 732-0100 ext. 2207.
