We offer Medicare Advantage Plans through a contract with the federal government to administer health plans to people who qualify for Original Medicare Parts A and B, and reside within our service areas. We also offer Medicare supplement plans.

Depending on where you live, you may have known us by our former names, such as Oxford Health Plans, SecureHorizons® from PacifiCare, MedicareComplete from UnitedHealthcare, and John Deere Health. We have combined our strength, wisdom, and resources to bring you even greater information and benefits.
